• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are usually completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be released.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

• The welcome bonus is open to new members only and can be claimed just once, on your very first deposit at LOVEJILI.
• Before you can withdraw any winnings that came from a bonus, you need to satisfy the wagering requirements attached to that offer.
• Depending on the promotion, the playthrough requirement usually falls somewhere between 15x and 30x the bonus amount you received.
• Bonuses are typically valid for a period of 7 to 30 days from the moment they are credited to your account.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, you cannot use several bonuses at the same time or combine them in one wager.
• If LOVEJILI suspects that a bonus is being misused, your account may be investigated and any related transactions could be reviewed.

• If a dispute arises regarding a game result, the decision made by LOVEJILI will be considered final and binding.

LOVEJILI may temporarily suspend or permanently close any player account for any reason it deems fit. Still, we never terminate an account without a valid reason.

• If you break any part of these terms, your account can be closed right away.
• If you want to close your account on your own, just reach out to our support team.
• When you apply for self-exclusion, your account will be locked for a set period of time.
• Any valid remaining balance will be returned to you before your account is closed.
• If fraud is detected, any existing balance may be confiscated.

LOVEJILI always works to deliver top-quality service, but there are certain cases where our liability is limited.
